For fast, easy returns, keep your receipt. It not only ensures that you get the proper credit for your purchase, but it also helps our associates process your return quickly.
Return Policy Basics
- Class Registrations may be cancelled (returned) up to 48 hours before class begins, once inside the 48 hour window no returns will be accepted.
- Due to the nature of information contained within a pattern, we will not accept any returns of patterns.
- Merchandise purchased within the store must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Original receipt must accompany return.
- Special Orders & Repairs are not returnable.
- No returns will be accepted for custom made products.
We stand behind our products. If you feel something purchased from Caravan Beads is defective please bring it to our attention so we can remedy it.
Gift Certificates and Store Credit
Gift Certificates and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
Note: Caravan Beads reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return. Bead Culture reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Caravan Beads will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from the Caravan Beads of Chicago location where the original transaction took place.
Groupons class Information
- Remember, you need to call us at 773-248-9555 to register and reserve your seat in the class.
- Please call at least 2 days in advance to be assured the class still has room for you.
- We require a 48 hour cancellation notice if you can’t make it to the date & time you registered for, otherwise your Groupon will be forfeited.
- As with all of our classes, if you are more than 15 minutes late you may not be admitted to class or may not receive the full instruction. We like to give all of our students the same attention and it is not fair to your fellow students if you are late.
If you have any special needs please call us in advance and advise. We will be happy to do what we can to accomodate your needs. - No alcoholic beverages are allowed

Bringing children, grandchildren or guests to class
Classes are designed for beginning and advanced bead lovers, ages 12 and up. Please do not bring guests or children to class unless you have made a pre-registration for them, they are the correct age and you have paid in full. We do not allow audits.
Registering for Class
Pre-registration is required. Reservations will be held only with payment in full. You can now make a reservation and pay online at www.caravanchicago.com. We will also reserve a class over the phone with a credit card.
Using Coupons
Coupons do not apply to class fees or to sale items. Our tuition pays our instructors, some of whom travel to get to our store.
Class Tardiness
Classes start promptly. In fairness to your fellow students and teachers, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may not be admitted to class and will forfeit your deposit (applies to Groupons as well).
Please allow plenty of time for traffic and parking. Parking is available via meter on the street and also three blocks south in a metered parking lot. Still, it can get tight.
We recommend taking public transportation if you can. We are just steps from the El Brown Line Paulina stop.
Class Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require 48 hours notice prior to class, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. This means, no transferring to another class, no store credit or refunds will be given unless we are notified 48 hours in advance. No exceptions, unless we can fill your spot from a waiting list.
If we need to cancel a class, we will contact you.
Refreshments
Absolutely you can bring snacks and sodas to class. We do not allow alcoholic beverages in class.
After Hours Shopping
If you have shopping to do, please allow time before class as the store will be closed for shopping when class gets out.
You will receive a 10% off coupon to use on merchandise after you complete your class. This coupon is good for one month after your class.
